WILLIAM RUSSELL ("Bill") MELVIN

     William Russell Melvin , age 90 years, passed away peacefully January 3, 2021 at Virtua Hospital, Mount, Holly.

     Bill was a native of Bridgeboro and a resident of Willingboro since 1963. He was a graduate of Palmyra High School Class of 1948. He was a US Army Veteran serving honorably during the Korean War and was a member of the Korean War Vets of Camden County, Gibbsboro. Bill was a retired Industrial Electrician after 35 years at Hoeganaes Corp., Cinnaminson. He was a Life member of the Riverside Turners and a former member of the Bridgeboro Fire Co. # 1.

     Beloved husband of Bettyann (nee Bishop), devoted father of Jacqueline R. Melvin, Debra L. Brown, Rodrick N. Melvin & wife Laurie, Sherrie A. Price & husband Raymond, William B. Melvin and wife Mary, Renee E. Prutzman & husband Richard and Joseph R. Melvin & wife Edith, grandfather of 15 and great grandfather of seven.

     Due to Covid Memorial Services will be held at a later date. Please omit flowers. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the the First United Methodist Church of Delran, 32 Conrow Road, Delran, NJ 08075, for Capitol Improvements or the Alzheimer's Foundation. Arrangements under the direction of The Lankenau Funeral Home, 303-305 Bridgeboro St., Riverside.
