Virginia Alice Danter, 71, of Browns Mills, NJ passed away in her sleep on Sunday, October 17, 2021. She was born in Mount Holly, NJ and graduated from Rancocas Valley High School. Virginia worked many years for Western Union before becoming disabled. She was known by many loved ones as "Ginny." After becoming disabled, she enjoyed feeding her birds and watching the deer. She loved her family very much.
Virginia is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Charles R. Danter. She was a devoted mother to 5 children: Chad L. Danter (Karen) of Jackson, TN; Regina A Hill (Taylor) of Jackson Springs, NC; Charles F. Danter; Susan W. McIlwee; and Charles H. Danter. She was a loving grandmother to Jessica Ann McKenzie (Dillon) of Jackson Springs, NC; Kevin Andrew Turpyn (Jessica) of Wilmington, NC; Virginia Alice King (Jason) of Benton, AR; Benjamin William Danter (Cheyenne) of Golden, Colorado, along with 20 other grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Virginia leaves behind 6 siblings: Christine Goodfellow of Southampton, NJ; Larry Hall of Dover, DE; Mary Hall of Mount Holly, NJ; Betty Alvater (Paul) of Lumberton, NJ; William Hall (Pam) of Tabernacle, NJ; and Pam Giberson (Danny) of Southhampton, NJ along with several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents: Norman Hall and Alice Hall of Lumberton, NJ.
A graveside service will be held 2pm Friday, October 22, 2021 at St. Joseph's Cemetery and Mausoleum, located at 240 Lower Landing Rd. Blackwood, NJ 08012.
