Tommy A. Williams, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and proud veteran passed away on August 27th, 2025 at the age of 78 years.
Son of Jay Paul Williams Sr. and Carolyn Louise (Warning), brother to 10 siblings, Tommy was born August 7th, 1947 at Hickam Airforce Base on Oahu, Hawaii. He spent much of his childhood living on different Air Force bases overseas and in New Jersey and Pennsylvania before enlisting in the United States Army, serving in Vietnam. He finally settled in New Jersey with his wife Barbara of over 40 years. living in Vincentown, NJ for the last 39 years of his life.
Tommy was an animal lover, avid fisherman, enthusiastic amateur (ham) radio operator and proudly volunteered his time most weekends at the USS New Jersey.
Tommy was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Kyle, Jay Paul Jr. and Harry, sisters Nan, Susan and Arline.
He is survived by his wife Barbara, son Matthew, stepsons Brian (Melissa) and Todd, grandchildren Brianna, Adalia, Maren and Sebastian, siblingings Carolyn, Jeannie, Russell and James.
His family will have a Memorial Service at a later date to be announced to honor Tommy’s life and Military Service at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Provinceline Rd., Arneytown, N. Hanover Twp., NJ.
