Ruth Forlines Obituary
Ruth H. Forlines of Southampton, age 91 years, passed away April 15, 2018 at home.
She was a native of Birmingham, Alabama, married her husband, a career US Army Sgt.1st Class, and traveled the world to such places as Germany and the Eastern U.S.
She graduated with a Teaching Degree from Auburn University. She moved to Southampton in the early sixties and was a First & Second Grade Teacher at the Southampton Twp Elementary School where she retired.
Ruth was a member of the NJEA, the Delta Kappa Gamma ( an International women’s educational Society) and a member of the Oak Grove Presbyterian Church.
She was an avid reader.
She was preceded in death by her husband Leonard and late daughter Carol A. Forlines.
Beloved mother of James D. Forlines and wife Catherine, dear grandmother of Michael & Samantha Forlines, and sister of James Hafner Jr.
There will be a viewing & visitation 6:00 to 8:00 PM Monday evening at The Lankenau Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Vincentown, Southampton where her funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday morning.
Interment BGWCD Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Provinceline RD., Arneytown, North Hanover Twp.
