RAYMOND J. SMITH

     Raymond J. Smith, age 88 years, passed away October 30, 2023 peacefully at home. He was a resident of Beverly, formerly a longtime resident of Delanco and a native of Mount Holly.
     Ray was a U.S. Navy veteran having served during Vietnam. He retired from U.S. Pipe, Burlington where he was a tool crib manager.
     He was the husband of the late Lorraine, devoted father of Laurie Moritz & her husband Kirk and Michael Smith & his wife Kathryn. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and his longtime girlfriend Elaine Konefal.
     Relatives and friends of the family are invited to gather to celebrate Ray's life  on November 6th,  Monday from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon at The Lankenau Funeral Home, 303 Bridgeboro St., Riverside where there will be a service at 12:00 noon.
     In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Donor's favorite Charity.
