Joseph John Belli

      Joseph J. Belli of Leisure Town, Southampton, Age 78 years ,passed away February 1, 2018 at home with his family by his side. He was a native of Brooklyn, NY and was a US Navy Veteran. He was assigned to the USS Stribling as a Corpsman.

       For many years Joe was a bank officer for the Chemical Ban, New York City. After he retired he spent the last 14 years a a school crossing guard for the Medford Twp. School District.

      Joe was formerly married to Josephine Joan Maiello Belli who passed away in 1996.He remarried in 2003 to Susan Taylor-Belli.

       He leaves behind his second wife Susan, his son John Belli & wife Marissa and his daughter Melissa Berta and husband Matthew, and grandson Joseph Belli and many good friends.

     Relatives and friends of Joseph’s family are invited to his visitation 5:00 to 8:00 PM Monday evening at The Lankenau Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Vincentown, Southampton.

      The Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 AM Tuesday morning at Holy Eucharist Church,520  Medford Lakes Road, Tabernacle.

      Interment will be 2:00PM tuesday in Resurrection Cemetery, 361 Sharrott Ave., Staten Island, NY .

    In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
