John Thomas ("Jack") Elliott

    John Thomas Elliott “Jack” of Little Egg Harbor Twp.,  age 88 years, passed away July 23, 2018  at Southern Ocean County Hospital, Manahawkin.

    He was a native of the  Frankford Section of Philadelphia, raised in Riverside,  former resident of Delran and Hawley Pa. & then  moving to Little Egg Harbor Twp. 16 years ago.

    Jack was a U.S Marine Corp veteran having served during the Korean War.

    He was a retired Special Fitter for the PSE&G Gas Company, Burlington.

   Jack was also a former member of the first Methodist Church of Riverside.

    Beloved husband of Ruth C. (nee - Gundersen )of 65 years, dear father of Donna L. Porcellini of Atco, John T. Elliott & wife Dora of Marlton, Tracy Elliott & Jerry of Medford and Jamie Garthly & husband Scott of Southampton, brother of Barbara Woolam & husband of John of Oceanview, grandfather of 8 and great grandfather of 4.

    Relatives and friends of Jack’s family are invited to his viewing and visitation 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM Tuesday morning , July 31, 2018 at The Lankenau Funeral Home, 303 Bridgeboro St., Riverside where his funeral service will  be held at 11:00 AM.

     Interment will be in BGWCD Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Provinceline Road, Arneytown, North Hanover, NJ

     Due to cemetery restrictions in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s favorite charity.
