Elsie F. (Durrenberg) Cook

     Elsie F. Cook, age 97 years, of Mount Laurel, formerly of Riverside, passed away May 1st, 2018 at the Samaritan Hospice Unit at Virtua Hospital, Mount Holly.

       She was a homemaker and was a native of Detroit, Michigan.  She was a resident of Riverside from 1955 until 1976, when she and her husband moved to Texas for a brief stay and then moved to Mount Laurel in 1991.

      Elsie was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Riverside where she was a member of the Altar Guild for 35 years.

       She was preceded in death by her husband John F. Cook who passed September 18, 2017.

    Beloved mother of Frederick J. Cook & wife Jean of Riverside and Timothy P. Cook & wife Clareann of Cinnaminson, dear grandmother of Alysha Cook, Caitlyn Cook and Cindy Conley & husband William, great grandmother of Melody, Brandon and Trevor.

     Relatives and friends of Elsie’s family are invited to her viewing and visitation 9:30 to 10:45 AM Tuesday morning at Zion Lutheran Church, corner of Pavilion Ave. & Fairview St., Riverside where her funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM.

    Interment will be in Bethel Memorial Park, Pennsauken.
