ELIZABETH A. (Sousa) STICKEL

     Elizabeth A. Stickel passed away peacefully on January 8, 2025 at age 85 years.

     She was born on September 8, 1939. She recently resided at Masonic Village in Burlington, NJ but spent most of life living in Delanco, NJ with her husband Edward R. Stickel, Jr. 

     She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She had been a secretary earlier in her life and later enjoyed helping to take care of her grandchildren. She loved to read, do crossword puzzles and take care of her many houseplants. She also loved her pets, especially cats. 

     She is predeceased by her loving husband Edward R. Stickel, Jr. She is survived by daughter Julia Megee & son-in-law Russell Megee, Jr. along with grandson Connor Megee, granddaughter Jamie Park, her husband Timothy Park & great granddaughter Maisy Park. 

     Also survived by her sister-in-law Carol Rudolph, brother-in-laws Louis Stickel & Richard Stickel and their spouses & families including many nieces and nephews. 

     She is predeceased by her parents Manuel and Marie Sousa along with her sister Marilyn Sousa. 

     In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Delanco Public Library. 

     Graveside Service will be held on January  11,  2025, Saturday morning 11:00 am at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Burlington.
