DORA KATHARINA (Huber) GREEN

     Our beloved mother, Dora Katharina Green, 91, of Browns Mills, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on January 1, 2026. She was born on April 11, 1934, in Munich, Germany, to Theobald and Maria Huber.

     Dora dedicated her life to creating a warm, loving home for her beloved husband, Herman Green, Jr., and their four children throughout 56 years of marriage.

     She was a deeply creative person who excelled at everything she touched. Her love for nature and animals was evident in the homestead she and her husband built to provide for their family. Among her many talents were sewing, knitting, and crocheting—specializing in refined and elegant tablecloths—as well as crafting. She was also an extraordinary cook and baker. Because of Dora, Christmas was always a magical time filled with warmth and traditions that will live on in the hearts of her family forever.

     Dora was preceded in death by her parents, Theobald and Maria Huber; her loving husband of 56 years, Herman Green, Jr.; and her siblings, Theobald (Teddy), Autor, Eric, Erwin, Adolf (Booby), Rudolf (Rudi), Heinrich, Hanny, Frieda, Mahla, Irmma, and Paula, 2 unknown name, 2 siblings who died at birth and 1 granddaughter, Nancy

     Dora is survived by her brother Erwin Huber, sister-in-law Katarina Huber, children Hermann {Betsy), Alice (Richard}, Josef (Bonnie}, Dorothea (James), 8 grandchildren, 3 step-grandsons, 12 great-grandchildren and 4 step-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

     A celebration of Dora's life will be held on January 23rd, 2026, Friday at The Lankenau Funeral Horne, 3I Elizabeth Street, Pemberton, New Jersey.  The viewing and visitation for Dora will be from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon followed by the service at 12:00 Noon.  The interment will be at Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson.
