DAVID WIGHT BURGESS

     On the evening of June 26, 2022 David passed away at home after a long hard-fought battle with cancer. David was 60 years old.

     David was born on August I2, l961 at Abington Memorial Hospital, Abington PA. He was the fourth child, and third son, of Richard Noyes Burgess Sr. and Jean Woodward Dyer Burgess.

     David enjoyed shooting pool, bowling, skiing, fishing and coaching various sport teams for his children. He also enjoyed watching sports, especially his beloved Boston teams. But mostly, he loved his family and friends.

     He was a long-time employee of Cooper Pest Control of Lawrenceville, NJ working his way up from technician to Vice President of Operations.

     David was preceded in death by his parents and his older sister Nancy Burgess-Hall.

     David is survived by his wife Holly, his children Nathaniel, Dawson and Jillian; brothers Richard Jr. & his wife Katy; Scott & his wife Michelle; Nancy's husband Douglas Hall and several nieces and their significant others.

     A memorial service will be held July l6th at Woodside Church: 1667 Edgewood Road, Yardley, PA 19067. Visitation will start at l0:00 am with the service beginning at 11:00 am followed by a light lunch.

     In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to the American Cancer Society, Arthritis Foundation or Crotched Mountain Foundation
