CATHERINE K. ("Cathy") WANO

     Catherine K. Wano, "Cathy", age 67 years of Pemberton Borough passed away peacefully at home on November 22, 2023 after a long illness.

     Cathy was born in Singapore on November 8, 1956, daughter of the late Harry Tan and Mary Seah Tan.  She was employed at the Training Support Center on Fort Dix until 2014.  She was a member of the Protestant Service at the Main Post Chapel on Fort Dix.

     Cathy is survived by her husband Randolph R. Wano, 2 brothers, Eddie Tan & his wife Evelyn and David Tan & his wife Pauline all of Sinapore.  She is also survived by several uncles, aunts, nieces, a nephew and cousins.

     The viewing and visitation for Cathy's relatives and friends will be held at The Lankenau Funeral Home, 31 Elizabeth St., Pemberton Borough on Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.  Also  at Fort Dix Main Post Chapel on Friday morning from 10:00 to 11:00 AM where the funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM.  The interment will be at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Provinceline Rd., Arneytown, North Hanover Twp., NJ.

     In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in her name may be made to the National Aphasia Association or the National Stroke Assocation.
