Beatrice E. Petras of Browns Mills, age 89 years, passed away October 24,2018 at Marcella Center, Burlington Twp.
She was a native of Hoboken, former resident of Mount Holly and resident of Browns Mills since 1987.
Bea was a former Hostess for the Colonial Cottage and then Charley’s Other Brother in Eastampton for 25 years.
She was a member of St. Ann’s Church, Browns Mills and was very proud to be a Eucharistic Minister.
Her favorite things in life were to sing, dance, gardening and she especially loved to go shopping.
She was preceded in death by her husband John A. Petras and her grandson Robert A. Petras.
Beloved mother of Diane T. Petras and Kathleen Blasko, dear sister of Raymond Smith & Elaine Konefal, devoted grandmother of Michael Sauerwald and wife Destiny ,Maegan Sauerwald and great grandmother of Alexis Petras and Michael Sauerwald. Jr. and many friends.
There will be a visitation for Beatrice 5:00 to 7:00 PM Thursday evening November 1st,2018 at The Lankenau Funeral Home, 31 Elizabeh St., Pemberton.
The Liturgy of Christian Burial wil be celebrated 10:00 AM Friday at St. Ann’s Church, 22a Trenton Road, Browns Mills.
Interment will be in BGWCD Veterans Memorial Cemetery,350 Provinceline Road, Arneytown,North Hanover Twp.
In lieu of Flowers Memorial contributions may be made to the Donor’s favorite Charity.
