BARBARA GIN Obituary
Barbara Gin, of Hammonton N.J. passed away on January 2nd after a long battle with
Parkinson’s Disease.
Barbara was predeceased by her husband of 40 years, Stephen Gin, a professional engineer.
She is survived by her son, Stephen Gin Jr. and his wife, Cathyann Gin, her daughter, Sheila
Gin Spagnolo, and her grandchildren, Ryan and Marisa Spagnolo.
Barbara owned and operated a unique Oriental gift store, named “The East-West Shop”,
located in downtown Haddonfield N.J. for many years. Barbara, spending a good part of her
life as an accomplished English riding equestrian, was also an avid bridge player and country
western dancer. Her favorite homestead was “The Good Earth”, her horse farm in
Moorestown N.J., where she resided for over twenty years.
