Richard D. Brown

U.S. Veteran

Richard Delano Brown of Presidential Lakes, Browns Mills .Age 78 Years. Passed away June 15th,2012 at Virtua Hospital, Mount Holly. He was a native of Green Bay, Wisconsin. After High School he joined the US Air Force and made it is his career and became a decorated Veteran of Korea & Vietnam. Dick traveled the world during his 28& ½ years in the US Air Force retiring as a Senior Master Sergeant.

After retiring to Presidential Lakes in 1978 Dick continued as an Aviation Mechanic under US Civil Service at McGuire AFB and was very proud of working on the C-141’s.

He was a member of St. Ann’s Church, Browns Mills and loved woodworking.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Angela M. Brown-Myers.

Beloved Husband of Marlene K. ( Nee Manton) of 54 years., Dear Father of Stephen R. Brown & wife Jane of Mount Laurel and Dear Father in Law of Karl M. Myers of Browns Mills, Devoted Grandfather of Nicki M. Myers of Browns Mills and Brother of Sylvia Brown and Mary Deprey & Husband Kenneth all of Green Bay, WI.

Relatives and friends of Richard’s family are invited to his Mass of Christian Burial, 10:00 AM Wednesday morning June 20th at St. Ann’s Church, 22A Trenton Road, Browns Mills. The Family will greet their friends after the Mass. There is no public viewing.

Interment with full honors will be in BGWCD Veterans Memorial Cemetery, North Hanover Twp.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Ann’s Church, 22 Trenton Road, Browns Mills ,NJ 08015.
